If you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19, or a member of your household is unwell or is showing symptoms, we politely request that you do not visit the shop.
When will the TOOLART retail shop re-open?
From Monday, 22nd June, TOOLART retail shop will be open for customers to shop in, with significant social distancing measures in place.
Have opening hours changed?
In order to reduce the number of staff in-shop, there will be slightly shorter opening hours:
11 am – 6 pm
Mondays to Fridays
10.30 am – 2.30 pm
Saturdays (During Workshop Sessions Only)
We Are Closed On Sundays
How can I get to the TOOLART retail shop?
By Bus: 8, 62, 90, 151

Will the Car Park be open?
Paid parking will be opened on a first-come, first-served basis.
What social distancing measures will be in place to keep customers safe?
The safety and well-being of our customers and employees remain our highest priority.
In line with government safe entry pre-requisite, we have introduced significant measures around the shop to support social distancing. These include designated entrance and exit doors, as well as signage and directions to guide customers around the shop and inform them about social distancing. Meanwhile, a maximum of 5 pax at a time will be imposed to limit the number of customers in-shop at any one time.
Will I need to queue to get into TOOLART retail shop?
If the shop reaches its maximum capacity of 5 pax, there may be a queue outside; however, our TOOLART retail shop team will be present to ensure social distancing is maintained.
How will customers maintain a safe social distance from each other while shopping?
Government guidelines currently advise that you should maintain a one-metre distance from others wherever possible. TOOLART has introduced new signage and directions throughout the shop to guide and inform customers on maintaining that safe distance while shopping, including signage at till points and potential queuing areas.
Whom should I speak to if I have a concern about keeping safe while in-shop?
Any member of TOOLART team will be able to help with the concerns you might have.
Am I allowed to visit TOOLART retail shop with others or should I shop alone?
Customers are encouraged to shop alone, where possible, in order to support social distancing. Organised tour groups are not permitted at this time, but we hope to accommodate this again soon.
Can I bring children to the shop?
Children are welcome in the shop; however, we kindly remind customers that children must be supervised at all times and should adhere to social distancing guidelines.
Will I be able to access the TOOLART retail shop's restroom?
Our restroom will be open for use.
How will TOOLART retail shop maintain shop sanitation and hygiene?
TOOLART has introduced enhanced sanitation procedures to maintain our existing high standards of cleanliness. The shop will be frequently cleaned, throughout the day, by a dedicated cleaning team.
Hand-sanitiser stations have been installed throughout the shop for customers, and the counter have hand sanitisers available for customer use. Colleagues also have access to hand-sanitiser stations and hand-washing areas throughout the shop. We encourage all customers to regularly wash and sanitise their hands while shopping at TOOLART retail shop.
Will TOOLART retail shop colleagues & customers be required to wear a face covering?
Wearing a face mask is mandatory at all times for TOOLART retail shop colleagues & customers.
Please note: customers will not be allowed to enter the shop without wearing a face mask.
Can I use cash to pay for my TOOLART retail shop purchases?
We only accept contactless payment methods for the time being.

Our website is fully operational, and we continue to deliver to our customers all over the world.
Will my online order take longer to arrive?
Due to extended processing times and external courier disruptions, your delivery may take longer to get to you than usual. We are working hard to minimize disruption to our online delivery service and we apologise for any inconvenience.
