General Terms and Conditions
for Workshops

• Enrollment will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis and confirmed with payment in full.
• Overrun time is charged per hour block. Once the initial 10-minute grace period has expired, each subsequent hour will be charged.
• To cancel a booking, please email us at least one week in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of your rental fee. All refunds made shall exclude PayPal & Bank commission charges.
• Noise levels must be reasonable, respecting the rights and comfort of other workspace users.
• Access to shared facilities and common areas should be respectful and follow any guidelines provided.
• Workspace users, workshop/event participants or guests are responsible for any damages caused by their negligence or intentional actions.
• In the event of Acts of God, relating to natural disasters, flash floods, earthquakes, typhoons, or provisions outside human control, workspace for use will be canceled and will not be re-scheduled or refunded.
• In an event wherein the workspace's venue is under threat of riots, turmoil, criminal activities, terrorist attacks, and other societal security incidents, the workspace for use will be canceled and will not be re-scheduled or refunded.
• Photographs and videos taken during workshops/events may be used for training and promotional purposes. If you do not consent to use these materials, please inform us in writing. Otherwise, it shall be deemed as an act of content.
• We collect, store, and use your personal data in compliance with Singapore's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. We will deliver promotional information to you through various communication channels. Should you prefer not to receive such information, please send your request by email to: enquiry@toolart.sg.
• TOOLART reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
• Workspace users, workshop/event participants or guests agree & shall not hold TOOLART liable for all responsibility or risks associated with the consumption of food & beverages at, by, or from TOOLART or any third-party food supplier/s, including food-related illnesses, allergic reactions, and possible death.
• TOOLART reserves the right to cancel a scheduled workspace use. The customer will be notified 7 days in advance and TOOLART will give a full refund of the payment.
