Submission Rules

1. Participants are required to submit the registration form below
2. Picture(s) of artwork must be taken in proper lighting and professionally
3. Email us your entry to events@toolart.sg with email subject titled :
   CALLIGRAPHY & HAND LETTERING ROCKS!
   Tag us at @toolartsg & use #TOOLARTROCKS for your entry to be validated
4. Artwork should be done in English
5. No Digital Work is permitted. It must be 100% original manual work
6. You are allowed to upload more
   than one artwork
7. Participants shall not depict any
   political signs or derogatory message
8. Artwork must be uploaded before
   13 October 2019, Sunday • 2359 Hours GMT+8. Late entries shall not
   be entertained.

Highlights

1. All participants who submit an artwork that fulfils the guidelines and rules
   above will receive an E-Certificate
   of Participation
2. TOOLART LLP shall sponsor the artwork display space for the Short-listed / Selected entries

Short-listed / Selected Entries

1. You will be required to send by registered mail or hand deliver your artwork to:

2. Please present your artwork properly and make sure it is in good condition, not crumbled or wet. DO NOT mount or frame your submission/s. For mailing, please roll up your artwork/s and securely slot it into a canister/tube. You may shrink wrap it to prevent water from wetting it
3. You will have to pay for the postage incurred to mail your artwork to TOOLART LLP, Singapore
4. If your artwork is selected as an exhibit for the event, you will be notified via direct message on Instagram
   and on email
5. Selected entries are extended an invitation to "ASIA'S BEST CALLIGRAPHERS & ARTIST SHOWCASE SINGAPORE 2019 (ABCASS 2019)"
6. Short-listed / Selected entries will have your design used on one of our TOOLART tees which will be available for online purchase on www.toolart.sg to raise for ABCASS 2020.
7. Not to mention, an opportunity to display your artwork along side ASIA’S BEST CALLIGRAPHER & ARTISTS and a COMPLIMENTARY* 3 days golden pass to attend one workshop over any of the 3 days and any on-event workshops conducted between
   October 26 ~ 28. (*Prior booking is required before 20 October on a first-come-first-serve basis)
8. Selected entry will receive an
   E-Certificate of Excellence
9. Jurys decision will be final
