Nikhil’s interest in calligraphy & tool making began as a child where he was drawn to tactility and crafts. He would be constantly thinking of how to transform an old product and repurpose its use, or manipulate flat objects into spatial pieces. He once made a pen holder out of corn starch, breathing new life into easily available household materials, and transformed an old discarded walking stick into a unique calligraphy tool.

Nikhil takes pride at being an Art and Craft Mentor, working with aspiring young artists. He provides them the benefit of his experience to help hone their instincts and express their ideas visually through art or craft, especially through Calligraphy and Doodling.
