We are looking for all types of Calligraphy / Art-related vendors, that can be related to creating or promoting
Calligraphy / Art, selling Calligraphy / Art originals : prints, tools, materials for Journaling, Arts & Crafts etc.;

Exhibition Time : 10am ~ 6pm
Venue : Drama Centre Singapore, National Library Building, Visitors Centre Level 5
Rental Fee : SGD $150 PER DAY x 3 DAYS (Corporate Vendor Space Available)
Closing Date : 13 October 2019, Sunday


Please read all guidelines before purchasing a vendor space :

  1. Please include your IG/FB handle so that we can tag you in our marketing efforts
  2. Vendor spaces are air-con indoor seating
  3. All vendor space once paid, is non-refundable
  4. Singapore made/handmade or designed items, arts & crafts, paintings, arts & calligraphy related items are permitted for sale
  5. Please keep your area clean and dispose your rubbish in the allocated bins
  6. You agree to TOOLART terms & conditions when purchasing a vendor space
  7. Rain Or Shine Event
  8. Allocation of vendor spaces are on a first come first serve basis
  9. Shared main power available, power plugs are limited, please bring your own cable & extension.
  10. By purchasing a vendor space, you agree and give copyrights to TOOLART to use your IG/FB account photo/s & video/s to promote your items on @toolartsg and across our social media platform

GENERAL VENDOR SPACE :

  • General spaces are for vendors selling artwork or art & craft related printing, canvas pieces, prints & installations, books, stationery, handmade crafts etc;
  • 1 X rectangular table, size L120 x W60 cm with black table cloth and 2 foldable chairs
  • Brands sharing vendor space are allowed
  • Note : cooking on site is NOT allowed
  • SGD$150 PER DAY x 3 DAYS

CORPORATE VENDOR SPACE :

  • Corporates spaces are for brands selling art & craft related materials : pens, papers, tools, paints, inks, stationery, pens, nibs etc;
  • 2 X rectangular tables, size L120 x W60 cm with black table cloth and 4 foldable chairs
  • 1 brand to a vendor space, no sharing of vendor space for multiple brands
  • PACKAGE SGD$540 for 3 DAYS

TOOLART LLP will provide:

  1. 1x (120cm x 60cm) rectangular table, black colour table cloth and
  2. 2x foldable chairs
  3. Promotion of the showcase in print, online, and social media channels
  4. Setup / teardown of all rentals listed
  5. Vendor permit
  6. Signage & directions
  7. Placards

VENDORS will provide:

  1. Products to be sold
  2. Staff for the booth (Sat, Sun & Mon • 10am ~ 6pm daily)
  3. Cash float / POS terminal (if applicable)
  4. All neccessary extension cords and power (to be approved by TOOLART LLP)
  5. Booth Decor
