What are the modes of payment available?
For Singapore: Bank Transfer, PayLah! or PayNow.
For international: PayPal / Credit Card via PayPal (PayPal service charge applies).
What is the shipping fee and method for my order?
Default shipping will be via registered mail (with tracking number).
Shipping fee are computed per product and fee will depend on the dimensions and the weight of the parcel.
How long does the shipping take?
TOOLART prepares your parcel once the payment has been confirmed and is normally shipped within the week unless there are declared holidays in Singapore.
For orders / products that require's artist's signature & personalisation, it is subject to artist's travel schedule and availability of the artist. However, it will be shipped as soon as TOOLART receives the item back from the artist.
For Singapore orders, it usually takes 3 - 5 workings days.
For International orders, it will be highly dependent on your country's postal office. By experience it takes 2-4 weeks at best.
A tracking number will be provided to you so you can monitor your parcel. Email updates are being sent out as well to notify if your order has arrived to your country.
Please note that TOOLART does not control any of the shipping & postal services. TOOLART can only help you monitor your parcel via the tracking number to give you updates on the status of your parcel.
My parcel could be missing, what should I do?
Once the parcel has been handed over to the postal center, TOOLART no longer has the capability to check / detect where the parcel is being carried to unless otherwise checked via tracking number. Rest assured however that TOOLART takes really good care of the product and assured the quality and quantity (if multiple products) are correct and in good condition before we pack and hand over for shipping.

How can I refund my order?

We are an online e commence secured website, allowing you to view and order via our easy checkout @ www.toolart.sg, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do not accept mail orders or telephone requests.
Prices And Currency
All prices and purchase requirements are shown in SGD (Singapore Dollars) by default. Please note that all our prices are subject to change at any time and we retain the right to change the price of any items at any time without prior notice. All purchases to be paid via Credit Card through Paypal will be automatically switched back to the defaulted SGD (Singapore Dollar) and standard Paypal commission charges shall apply.
Inventory Status
If the product(s) you are searching for is not currently listed online, or is listed as 'Sold Out', it is not available at our online store currently. We may or may not re-stock our previously featured/sold-out stock, as many of our designs are made in very limited quantities. Email us at enquiry@toolart.sg with your enquiries.
By placing an item in your shopping bag, the item is not reserved. Items are reserved only after the checkout process is completed, order submitted, and payment made.
Packaging
All orders are packed professionally and appropriately intending for shipment. However, TOOLART cannot be held responsible for any issues, mishandling or damage of goods caused, during shipment in transit.
Order Cancellation
Once an order has been placed and payment made, it can no longer be cancelled and no refunds can be made. Your order will be shipped as advised.

TOOLART offers various coupon codes to our most valuable customer. Do subscribe to our mailing list or look out for our announcement every now and then. Take advantage of our promotions via our electronic direct mailer or when we announce on Instagram (@toolartsg) and Facebook page (toolartsg).
We currently do not do any refunds. Please read all item descriptions carefully and ask us any questions you might have before you make your purchase. Please keep in mind that shipping fees are never refundable unless the mistake was on our part. If something is not right, email us immediately quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return and item replacement. Please note that no unauthorized returns will be accepted and will be re-sent back to you. You MUST notify us and wait for our approval and instructions before shipping an item back to us.
Where do you get your materials to work with?
TOOLART gets its paper products mostly on international paer merchant, Antalis South East Asia. Providing one of the best premium papers specifically for writing and calligraphy and pointed pen calligraphy.
Do you make everything yourself?
TOOLART collaborates with different artists to give you various selections of merchandise. Each product shows the maker/artist on our product section

How do I care for the acrylic products by TOOLART?
To clean acrylic that has slight blemishes or dirt, start off by clearing away any debris. Then, use a premium microfiber cloth with soapy water to clean the entire surface area. After wetting the cloth, be sure to lightly blot the surface, rather than applying pressure as you wipe. Too much pressure can actually result in more scratches. After you have wiped the entire piece of acrylic, use the dry side of the cloth to dry or buff the area. Buffing or polishing the acrylic surface reduces future stains. If there are any remaining streaks, rewet the cloth and dry again.
I can’t register on time, what should I do?

Can I be placed on a waitlist for a specific class?
We do not accept reservations currently as we only offer a limited number of seats and we do first-come-first-serve policy
on our workshops.
What happens if I'm unable to attend a class I've booked?
Bookings are non-refundable, so please make sure you can attend the class before you book. We are sorry to say that if you find yourself ill, stuck at work, double-booked or otherwise unable to attend a class at the last minute we are unable to switch your booking to another date.
Can I switch the date of the class that I have booked?
Email us directly at enquiry@toolart.sg for your request and valid reason. We, however cannot guarantee that your request will be approved as we have a lot of things to consider to make the changes.
Are the workshops suitable for children?
Our workshops are welcoming participants from 12 years of age and above
How long are the workshop?
Workshops duration depends on every workshop and are indicated on each workshop page on our website.
Do I need to bring anything to class?
Nothing at all! You will be provided with everything you need for class - including all materials. Refreshments will also be provided.
Do I need experience?
No, a basic knowledge is all you need to have in order to fully enjoy our workshops. Our artists will guide you through the rest of workshops so everything will be clear to you.
