Workshop registration must be done at least 48 hours before the class commence.
Your seat for attendance is only confirmed when full payment is received and an email confirmation is sent to you.
Do note there is a minimum of at least 03 pax required inorder for workshop to commence.

Once registered, no refund for those who wish to withdraw their partcipation but you may find a replacement if you are unable to attend. However, we reserve the right to amend, postpone or cancel (full refund) this workshop with prior notice to all participants.

General Terms and Conditions for Workshops
Enrollment will be processed on first-come-first-served basis and confirmed with payment in full.
No refund or transfer of fees after the enrollment is confirmed.
If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may find a replacement to attend on your behalf
There will be no make-up lessons for workshops.
Program content may be subject to minor variations without further notice.
In an event of Acts of God, relating to natural disasters, flash floods, earthquakes, typhoon or provisions outside human control, workshops will be canceled and will not be re-scheduled or refunded.
In an event wherein the workshop's venue is on a treat of riots, turmoil, criminal activities, terrorist attacks and other societal security incidents, the workshops will be canceled and will not be re-scheduled or refunded.
Photographs and videos taken during workshops may be used for training and promotional purposes. If you do not consent to the use of these materials, please inform us in writing. Otherwise, it shall be deemed as an act of content.
We collect, store and use your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Singapore. We will deliver promotional information to you through various communications channels. Should you prefer not to receive such information, please send your request by email to: enquiry@toolart.sg.
In cases that the workshop could not proceed due to lack of participants, a refund will be issued by TOOLART. All refunds made shall exclude PayPal & Bank commission charges.
TOOLART reserves the rights to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
Workshop Participants & Customers agree & shall not hold TOOLART liable for all responsibility or risks associated with the consumption of food & beverages at, by or from TOOLART or any third-party food supplier/s, including food related illnesses, allergic reactions, and possible death.

INSTALLMENT must be made in 3 consecutive months. Starting and between the months of December 2019 - June 2020
Example:
#1 Payment • Jan 2020 - SGD $393.33
#2 Payment • Feb 2020 - SGD $393.33
#3 Payment • Mar 2020 - SGD $393.33
INSTALLMENT payments must be made between the 1st to the 5th day of the beginning of each month
Upon signup, an #ORDER NUMBER and a unique QR code will be generated for your order. Indicate this order number in your payment advise to us when you make payment. Use the unique QR code for self check-in when you attend daily workshop
Full Installment Payment MUST BE CLEARED 3 months (June 2020) before workshop commencement in September
First Installment of SGD $393.33 will be due upon signup. Subsequent payment shall commence as per selected in the following stipulated months.
Monthly Payment made must be in exact amount in Singapore Dollars
- SGD $393.33 / Three Hundred Ninety Three Dollars and Thirty Three Cents x 3 consecutive months
When you make an E-payment, kindly screen capture the credit advise and email it as reference to :

When you signup select payment by :

A statement of account will be sent to your email once you indicate PAYMENT BY INSTALLMENT and select the month you wish to start payment. The statement of account will indicate the payment details for your reference when you make payment
A receipt will be sent to your email, once payment is validated and received in our bank accounts
Your seat will only be confirmed when full payment is made and received
Late payment/s made will be automatically cancelled and you will have to re-register all over again. However, seats are limited and are subject to availability
Instalment plan CANNOT be cancelled or refunded. Payment must be completed in full after 3 months or payment will be forfeited
