You can choose from 3 different configurations when booking our workspace, with the maximum capacity ranging from 10 to 20 people depending on the configuration selected.

Our workspace is equipped with 55” LCD screen.

• Visualizer document camera is available for rent at an additional fee.
• You may connect your laptop or digital devices via HDMI direct to an LCD screen.
• All workspaces are equipped with pipe-in music.

Workspace users, workshop/event participants or guests are responsible for any damages caused by their negligence or intentional actions. Please notify us as soon as possible if any damage occurs.

Yes, you are welcome to decorate our workspace for your event. However, please note that glue or double-sided tape cannot be used on the floor, wall, mirror, or window.

Our workspace is versatile and suitable for a variety of events, including workshops and yoga classes. Workspace 2 features a sink that is perfect for watercolour and art and craft workshops, while the full wall window allows for ample natural light and makes it ideal for yoga classes.

We recommend booking our workspace at least one week in advance to ensure availability for your desired date and time.

We do not charge a cleaning fee, but we ask that you leave the workspace clean and tidy in the same condition as you rent it.

We kindly request that you do not leave any personal belongings in the workspace overnight as we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Yes, we kindly ask that all workspace users, workshop/event participants or guests turn off the lights, air conditioning and TV after using the workspace to help conserve energy and reduce our environmental impact.

You are welcome to arrange a viewing by emailing us in advance.

Unfortunately, overrun time is charged per hour block. Once the initial 10-minute grace period has expired, each subsequent hour will be charged.

To cancel a booking, please email us at least one week in advance. Failure to cancel within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of your rental fee.
