PAYMENT
What payment options do you accept?
There are 2 payment methods:
Direct payment via PayLah! / PayNowor Direct bank transfer
You can make your payment directly into our PayLah! / PayNow or ToolArt bank account. Please note and use your Order No. ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be fulfilled until the funds have cleared in our account.
An email with direct bank transfer details will be sent to you. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please email: enquiry@toolart.sg
Payment must be made within 24 hours from the date of order. Payment not received within 24 hours will be automatically cancelled.

Is there an interest FREE instalment plan for this course?
Yes, we offer interest FREE instalment plan. Total amount is to be paid monthly, over a period of 3 months. There are 2 instalment options:
FEB/MARCH/APRIL
MARCH/APRIL/MAY
However, upon signup the first instalment will be due. Subsequent payment will be due to be paid, before the 8th of the following month.
Can I get a refund if I’m unable to join the course?
Once registered, there will be no refund for those who wish to withdraw their participation. However, you can transfer your seat to someone else. Please EMAIL and inform us in advanced. Do note that ToolArt reserve the rights to amend, postpone or cancel (full refund) this course with prior notice to all participants.
Can I get refund if the class I registered is cancel?
We reserves the right to cancel a class 30 days prior to the start of the course, if the minimum number of students has not been met for class commencement. We will notify the registrants if there is a need to cancel and a full refund will be paid. Should a tutor cancel, ToolArt will run the class with an equivalent calibre tutor. We do not issue refunds nor be held responsible for airline tickets, accommodation or personal expenses.
Can I transfer to other class after registration?
Yes, if seat for other courses are still available. Registrants are allow to switch their enrolment to another course, however please EMAIL us a month in advance.
If I am unable to attend a course for personal reason, can my friend take my place instead?
Yes, you can transfer your seat to someone else. Please EMAIL and inform us in advance.
MATERIAL
Do I have to bring my own material?
You don’t need to bring any materials with you. However, you may want to bring your own favourite writing materials. We provide ink, paper as well as penholders with nibs.
Is it possible to purchase calligraphy products during the Summer School Course?
Yes, if you would like to buy any new calligraphy products, there is a calligraphy merchandise booth onsite. Please note that payment is strictly COD (cash on delivery).
COURSE SCHEDULE
When do we start and when do we finish?
Generally, we gather on Sunday and leave on Saturday after breakfast. The course is from Monday to Friday. You should arrive at Hebdów by Sunday.

What airport should I use if I’m flying to Poland?
We recommend main city - Warsaw Chopin Airport. It is an international airport located in the Włochy district of Warsaw, Poland.
What are the transportation/transfer available between airport to hotel and vice versa?
Is hotel transfer/pickup available?
Yes, but at a nominal fee chargeable. You may click HERE for booking.
DRESS CODE
What should I wear to the class?
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. During the summer months (June to August), the average temperatures is 25 degrees Celsius.
ETIQUETTE
Must I be present for all daily classes?
We expect participants to attend the entire class as scheduled. Late arrivals and early departures are disruptive for both the tutor and the other students. Please make every effort to participate fully in your class. Course adjustments will not be made for late arrivals or early departures.

Where can I buy Poland currency (złoty)?
Besides money changer located at airport and train station, you may withdraw cash at most ATM machines. Make sure that your card is activated and accepted for international use.
