A graduate of the Secondary School in Oleśnica and the Jagiellonian University
( religious studies ), two-time scholarship holder of the Prime Minister, finalist of the Polish National Olympiad in Catholic Theology. Since 2016, a PhD student at the Faculty of Artes Liberales of the University of Warsaw.
Barasiński creates works both in Latin and Hebrew and Cyrillic alphabet . He deals in a special way with the religious and mystical dimension of the beautiful writing of holy books. Is a popularizer of English italics, he published a textbook for learning copperplate style, implementing the original teaching idea.

Barasiński is also working on a system for implementing the writing used and taught in the first grades of primary schools, cooperating with many primary schools.
The fields explored by the calligrapher are also: paleography , history of art , parchment , illuminating , history of writing. Barasiński invented and organized many events promoting calligraphy , such as: "Letter to Santa Claus", awarded with the statuette Sunflowers 2012 for the best language-developing initiative for children and "From Kells to Of Krakow ", which received the first place in the "Historical Wandering with the Library 2013" competition organized by the Polish Librarians' Association .
Actions organized by Barasiński gained the favor and patronage of: bishops Stanisław Dziwisz , Grzegorz Rys, and Tadeusz Pieronko , support of the City of Krakow and the Jagiellonian Library.
The originator and organizer of the Summer School of Calligraphy and Illumination in Wigry, during which the winner of the first place of the competition was the Pen of the President of the Republic of Poland, founder of the Krakow School of Calligraphy, Illumination and Related Fields.
He taught calligraphy and writing history, including for the National Children's Fund,
the University of the Third Age, the Foundation for the Jagiellonian University, the Voivodship Calligraphic Competition in Rajbrot, the National Day of Writing with a Pen (Parker brand promotion), the Phoenix Pen Association, the Archaeological Museum in Głogów, the Children's Academy at the Jagiellonian University, a scientific circle of religionists and Judaists at Jagiellonian University, the Ecclesia Christian Association of Sacred Art Artists, the Way of the Icon in Warsaw, the Maria Montessori Idea Foundation "Grain Poppy", the STERNIK Foundation, the Social Society of the Primary School in Krakow, the Brotherly Aid St. Jana z Kęty, PUP Malbork(supporting the implementation of the project "Medieval Tragic Backwaters - trainings enabling the creation of a thematic village in the Municipality of Malbork"; cooperates with the Biblical Course of the Catholic University of Lublin , where he conducts workshops and lectures - in the academic year 2011/2012 Calligraphy in religion, mystic calligraphy, in 2012 / 2013 Hebrew; conducts workshops for the Faculty of Industrial Forms of the Krakow Academy of Fine Arts (since 2014); cooperates with advertising agencies, many libraries throughout Poland (including the Provincial Public Library in Krakow ), Czechowice-Dziedzice, Żory, Oleśnica ), schools (including Kraków, Bytom, Poznań, Warsaw, Łódź)and
private individuals.
